A refund or replacement will only be applicable in the following situation:

• If the product package arrives damaged, broken, or leaking at the time of delivery.

To process such requests, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time.
• The video must clearly show the damage, breakage, or leakage in the product.

Without a valid unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package, refund or replacement requests cannot be processed.

Vedumm products are based on spiritual remedies and energy alignment principles. Their effectiveness is influenced by personal belief, intention, and individual circumstances.

For this reason, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the product has already been used.
• If the customer did not experience the expected spiritual or energetic results.
• If there is no unboxing video showing product damage.
• If the product was delivered in proper condition.

Remedies are designed to support energetic balance and are not guaranteed to produce identical results for every individual, as outcomes may vary depending on personal belief and practice.

If you receive a damaged or leaking product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• The unboxing video
• Clear images of the damaged product

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Once the issue is verified, Vedumm may offer:

• A replacement of the same product, or
• A refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
